David Lock Associates

David Lock Associates (DLA) is one of the UK’s leading independent town planning and urban design practices. As the lead consultant for the project, DLA will work with Spelthorne Borough Council to understand the borough and design priorities, prepare the code, and help the council turn it into planning policy. The DLA team for this project will be led by Helen Armes and Owen Reading, supported by a wider team including Colette Portway and Robert Blake.

Feria Urbanism

Feria Urbanism is an award-winning urban design and urban planning studio. For this project, it will be leading the public engagement element of the project, listening to the views of the local community about what makes a good place. The team will then translate the results of the engagement process into an inputs that will help formulate the design code for Spelthorne. The Feria Urbanism team for this project will be Richard Eastham, Laura Taylor and Laura Mulhern.
